Ear acupuncture

Whenever we find a sensitive point on the ear, this flags an imbalance in that certain area that needs attention. Needles will stay in your ears for about 20 minutes.

At Sole In Balance, ear acupuncture is offered alongside reflexology sessions to deepen relaxation and amplify therapeutic results. I recommend scheduling a series of combined sessions to systematically address your concerns and nurture your well-being.

Although ear acupuncture is recommended in combination with a foot reflexology session, if you prefer to only  ear acupuncture, please get in touch so we can plan it in for you separately. Such session would take about 35-40 min in total. Only to be booked from a 2nd appointment, after an intake has already been done.
