Additional options

In addition to reflexology, I am delighted to introduce a few add-ons aimed at enhancing your overall well-being and enhance the results we make through reflexology. These options are part of an extended reflexology session.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping)

EFT is a powerful technique that combines acupressure and mindful affirmations to release emotional blockages and promote mental and emotional harmony.

As a complementary option to reflexology, EFT provides a unique way for addressing emotional challenges and enabling a renewed sense of inner balance.

Ear acupuncture

Ear acupuncture, also known as auriculotherapy, is a complementary therapy in which specific points on the outer ear are stimulated using very fine needles.

It is based on the principle that the ear contains points associated with different parts and functions of the body.

The needles are generally left in place for 20 minutes, during this time, you will receive a reflexology treatment.

Indian Headmassage

Enhance your reflexology session with a relaxing Indian Head Massage.

During the Indian Head massage, a light pressure is applied with the hands and fingers on your back, neck, shoulders, but most of all on the head, alternating with relaxing strokes. This massage is done while seated in a chair.

It’s a wonderful addition to your reflexology session, leaving you feeling nurtured, refreshed and deeply relaxed.

Breathing exercises

Strong and deep breathing techniques (in which you are in a way hyperventilating) are very powerful for activating, resetting and unblocking the mind, energy and emotional system. These will activate our sympathetic nervous system.

Slow & calm breathing techniques will induce a state of deep relaxation combined with high concentration and are very beneficial for meditation. Slow breathing calms down the nervous system, optimizes the heart rate and activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
